True hermaphroditism is characterized by the coexistence of testicular and ovarian tissue. Authors experienced a case of true hermaphroditism which was confirmed an ovary in the left abdomen and testis in the right scrotum with a karyotype of 46,

XXY and report this case with the brief review of literatures.
